The ham can be glazed the day before and served cold - which is probably preferred when you are dealing with unseasonal heat. To store any leftover ham (that's if you have any) Soak a ham bag, clean pillowcase or tea towel in 4 cups water and 2 Tbsp vinegar. Wring out excess water and place cooked leftover ham in the Ham Bag. Store in coolest part of fridge. Re-soak bag in vinegar solution every few days or when the bag dries out.
