Stuffing is such a classic accompaniment to a roast dinner, with it's herby buttery goodness. We've made this one a separate bake so that it's suitable for your vegetarian guests as well as easy to prep and bake ahead. The method may seem a little strange at first but it will make a moist and flavourful stuffing.
