The ham can be glazed the day before and served cold - which is probably preferred when dealing with a busy household. To store any leftover ham (that's if you have any), soak the provided ham bag in 4 cups water and 2 Tbsp vinegar. Wring out excess water and place cooked leftover ham in the Ham Bag. Store in fridge. Re-soak bag in vinegar solution every few days or when the bag dries out.
